At the moment, ParadiseGal® currently ships to the 50 US states and Puerto Rico.
The normal processing time for orders is 72 hours during business days (Monday - Friday). After being processed, your order will arrive via USPS or FedEx within 1-3 business days for west coast addresses and 5-7 business days for east coast addresses. Please keep in mind that during holidays or limited edition launches and restocks, this time may vary.
Please note APO/FPO Military Addresses may take much longer to arrive.
Shipments to Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico may take 6 - 10 business days.
We offer free Ground Shipping on all orders over $50 made on ParadiseGal.com. to the U.S.
Once your order has been fulfilled, you will receive an email from us with your tracking information. You can track the progress of your order directly on your ParadiseGal tracking page.
REFUNDS, RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We're sorry if you don't love our feel-good beauty products as much as we do! If you are not completely satisfied with our product and would like to request a refund, please contact us via firstname.lastname@example.org within 30 days of receiving your order. Please note that we can only accept returns for products purchased through our website (https://paradisegal.com).
Another thing to note: your original shipping charges will not be refunded in the returns process.
In the unlikely event that a product arrived damaged, please contact us (email@example.com) within 48 hours of receipt. You must include multiple photos of the issue and a screenshot of your order confirmation email.
Refused delivery will incur a $15 restocking fee and outbound shipping will not be refunded. Please allow up to 5 business days for your refund to appear once we processed the return. PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT REFUSED OR UNCLAIMED INTERNATIONAL ORDERS WILL NOT BE REFUNDED.
INCORRECT ITEMS RECEIVED
Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org within 48 hours of receiving the order, so that we can take care of this for you. Please provide us with your order number along with a photo of the incorrect item you received.
If we cancel your order, you will receive an email notice alerting you to the cancellation. You will be refunded for any cancelled items. If you are interested in placing a new order or if you have questions about a cancelled order, please contact us via email@example.com.
