How much will shipping cost?

We offer FREE standard ground shipping (5-7 business days) in the U.S. (including Hawaii and Alaska) on all orders above $50! Purchases must be made on the ParadiseGal® website (paradisegal.com).

You will receive an order confirmation by email after you have placed an order at our website. If you don’t see our email, do check your spam/junk folder. If you have questions about your order, email us at hello@paradisegal.com.

When will my order ship?

The normal processing time for orders is 72 hours during business days (Monday - Friday). After being processed, your order will arrive via UPS, USPS or FedEx within 1-3 business days for west coast addresses and 5-7 business days for east coast addresses. Please keep in mind that during holidays or limited edition launches and restocks, this time may vary. 

Please note APO/FPO Military Addresses may take much longer to arrive. 

Shipments to Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico may take 11 - 15 business days.

Can I change my address after my order is placed?

Unfortunately, you won’t be able to change your address after your order is placed. Please take care to make sure you have entered the shipping address correctly before you complete the order.

Do I get tracking information?

Once shipped, you’ll receive an email from us with tracking details within 24 hours. If you don’t see our email, do check your spam/junk folder folder. Do note that it can take up to 48 hours for your tracking information to be updated.

My tracking doesn’t show any movement. What should I do?

For domestic orders, a package may be considered lost if there has been no movement for 10 business days from the date of shipping. Please email us at love@paradisegal.com if your tracking information shows no movement after that period of time.

Do you ship to Puerto Rico, or other U.S. Territories?

We currently ship to the 50 US states and Puerto Rico. However, we do not ship to US overseas territories.

Do you ship internationally?

Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally at this time. However, we are working very hard to make that happen soon!

My Order

Can I cancel my order, or modify it after it has been placed?

We do not accept any cancellations or changes to your order after it has been placed. This includes adding, removing, or replacing items in your order.

Do you accept refunds, returns or exchanges?

We hope you love our feel-good beauty products as much as we do! However, if you are not completely satisfied with our product and would like to request a refund, please contact us via hello@paradisegal.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Please note that we can only accept returns for products purchased through our website (https://paradisegal.com).

Another thing to note: your original shipping charges will not be refunded in the returns process.

My item arrived broken/damaged. Who should I contact?

Do email us immediately, within 48 hours of receiving the order, at hello@paradisegal.com. Please include your order number and some photos of the damaged product/s.

What happens if I refuse my delivery?

Outbound shipping from the customer’s delivery address will be the responsibility of the customer and cannot be refunded. In addition, a $15 restocking fee will be charged.

All our products are formulated with the goal of helping your skin achieve its best, healthiest possible state, regardless of your skin color, type, condition or age. When skin is healthy and well-balanced, it radiates and exudes a Paradise Glow, naturally!

Our beauty products are made in advanced GMP-certified laboratories in Korea, using ingredients ethically sourced locally and globally.

Are your products vegan?

All our products in the current collection are 100% vegan. They don't contain any animal-derived ingredients, so you won’t find things like honey, lanolin, beeswax, etc in them.

Most of our ingredients are naturally derived from fruits and plants and they are formulated with very small amounts of very safe, synthetic ingredients to ensure product stability, bacterial-free environment and high efficacy when applied to skin.

Do you test on animals?

We are animal lovers and are against animal testing! All our products are tested on kind humans ☺

Are your products free of parabens, sulfates or phthalates?

Yes, all our products are not only free of parabens, sulfates or phthalates, they are also formulated without phenoxyethanol, silicones, mineral oil, propylene glycol, hydroquinone, ethanolamines, BHT (butylated hydroxytoluene), BHA (butylated hydroxyanisole), drying alcohol, talc, microplastic, or any of the 1,400+ ingredients that are banned or restricted by the European Union.

All our products are clean and non-toxic. We are consciously aware of each ingredient that has been added, making sure we use only non-toxic ingredients so we aren’t exposed to the risk of skin irritation, hormone disruption or other health hazards.

Are your products suitable for sensitive skin?

We have sensitive skin ourselves, so all our products are formulated to be kind to sensitive skin, and suitable for all skin types. However, if you have specific skin concerns, please consult your doctor with the list of ingredients found on our website.

Are your products safe? Can I use your products while pregnant or nursing?

Yes, all our products adhere to strict cosmetic safety standards and regulations, and have passed industry standard testing. In addition, we do not formulate our products with any of the more than 1,400 ingredients banned by the EU.

All our products are safe to use while pregnant or nursing, with the exception of Retinol-containing products. To be safe, please consult your doctor before using any new products while pregnant or nursing.
